Our fee is taken when you complete and submit our tax form. We do have other options, like deducting our fee from your tax return, but please note a $30 admin fee will be applied as this process creates a lot more work for our admin team.

The ATO’s standard processing time is 12 business days from lodgment. They will then deposit your refund directly into your bank account.
